Wesser is a face-to-face charity fundraising organization working on behalf of ST JOHN AMBULANCE in the UK. This year we are celebrating our 10 year birthday in the UK and have been working throughout Europe for over 40 years!

THE JOB
- The Fundraising: You will be liaising face-to-face with the public in residential areas. Your are required to promote the charity and the work of St John Ambulance to sign people up as supporters of the charity who will contribute by giving periodical donations.
- Accommodation & Team-Work: You will join one of our many teams across the UK and would ask that you are as flexible as possible to be able to work in any county that we are fundraising in. Every team consists of 5-8 fundraisers including a team leader in some. Wesser will provide your accommodation so you will need to have the team skills and the ability to integrate well in to the working and living environment provided.
This is more than a job we are offering but a well-rounded experience.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
The role of a promotional fundraiser is both challenging and rewarding and you will need to speak excellent English and possess exquisite communication skills. You will also need to be physically fit and prepared to work outdoors in all weather come snow, rain or shine. Wesser rewards all of our fundraisers with a competitive basic weekly commission and additional bonuses and benefits such as free accommodation upon hitting the minimum requirements of performance.
This job is all about personality! You do not have to be a stand up comedian but you do need to be bright, bubbly, energetic and have the ability to talk passionately about the charity you represent.
