Work Psychologist


Work Psychologist has to provide advance diagnostics and coaching support using specialized techniques for clients within a job seeking frame work.
The candidates should be able to instil confidence and motivation for clients to enter the labour market and to offer ongoing support.
Coaching colleagues in the effective use of psychometrics in relation to moving members into sustainable employment.

Responsibilities
* To evaluate and report on the effectiveness of Work Psychology Services provision, suggesting ways of improvement.
* To liaise with line managers and frontline staff to ensure that Work Psychology Services are optimised as a tool for assisting clients back to work.
* To assess Mclients' interests, preferences and capabilities using psychometrics and in-house diagnostics tools.
* To coach advisers in diagnostics and barrier removal techniques.
* To deliver coaching using CBT techniques on a one to one and group basis
* To conduct reviews to monitor client' progress
* To work with partners and the Employer Liaison Team to secure work placements for clients
* To contribute to self-assessment and quality procedures
* Any other reasonable duties as notified to you from time to time by your line manager

Must have:
* Graduate Basis for Registration with the British Psychological Society.
* MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent or willingness to study
* Experience of delivering psychometric employment assessments
* Experience of coaching and CBT techniques
* Creative, innovative and flexible in approach
* Ability to write courses and create learning materials for colleagues
